With 10 years experience at CRS Luke operates through Compass Executives placing C-Level candidates into investor backed portfolio businesses. Coupled with this Luke is responsible for securing major accounts for the wider group brands. Luke previously headed up CCS for a period of 18 months.

Jess is responsible for the management of the recruitment process across each of the four brands within CRS. Alongside this she facilitates the onboarding process and training of all new employees throughout the group.

Fiona joined CRS in 2023 having worked in an events and marketing role for the wealth management sector.
She is responsible for the organisation and delivery of all internal and external events run by, and attended by representatives of the CRS offering, across all geographical territories within the group.

Adam joined Compass Associates in 2017 and was tasked with growing the Manchester office and increasing our northern reach. Adam increased the head count threefold and has now also assumed the leadership of our CCS brand.

Harry manages the customer accounts; processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries and managing debt recovery as well as managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made in order to maintain the cashflow health of the business.
