Group Managing Director at CRS

As a founding Director at CRS, Sam is responsible for the strategic direction of the business, leading on M&A as well as the groups growth agenda.  Sam remains hands-on and operates through the Compass Executives brand placing C-Suite leaders, predominantly for investor backed businesses.

Group Compliance & Information Director at CRS

As a founding Director at CRS, Chris was responsible for establishing the Specialist Services, and General Healthcare divisions. His role sees him assume responsibility for Compliance, Information, Health & Safety, GDPR, Training, Development and Events at CRS.

Group Operations Director at CRS

As a founding Director at CRS, Mike is responsible for the operational direction and day-to-day running of the group, including IT and Telecoms. Mike operates through Compass Associates and is commercially responsible for the performance of the Associates brand.

Group Finance Director at CRS

Nick is responsible for the group finance and commercial functions ensuring optimal efficiency across the four CRS brands. Nick’s experience includes heading-up the finance divisions for a private equity backed healthcare organisation as well as a FTSE 100 retailer.
