David joined the business in 2018 to lead the newly created Compass Life Sciences offering. With a background at some of the most recognised International Pharmaceutical businesses in a talent acquisition capacity, he is a hands-on leader of the brand responsible for our team of recruiters who provide human capital solutions to some of the worlds leading life sciences organisations.

With four years prior experience as an HR Generalist, she has a keen understanding of diverse HR functions and brings a holistic perspective to every project. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of internal HR projects, focusing on optimising processes and enhancing employee experience across the company.
Group Marketing Director at CRS
David joined Compass Executives in 2016 having previously worked in Financial Services IT recruitment. In 2019, David was elevated into the role overseeing all CRS marketing activities and has been responsible for rebranding all of the historic brands as well as leading on the creation of Compass Life Sciences and CRS.
