Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of internal HR projects, focusing on optimising processes and enhancing employee experience across the company.

David joined Compass Executives in 2016 having previously worked in Financial Services IT recruitment. In 2019, David was elevated into the role overseeing all CRS marketing activities and has been responsible for rebranding all of the historic brands as well as leading on the creation of Compass Life Sciences and CRS.

Millie joined CRS in October 2023 as part of the finance team. She developed an interest in finance when studying business at college and decided to pursue a career in it. In her role, Millie predominantly supports credit control and invoicing for the Carrot brand within CRS.
