Recruitment and Development Advisor at CRS

Jess is responsible for the management of the recruitment process across each of the four brands within CRS. Alongside this she facilitates the onboarding process and training of all new employees throughout the group.

Design Manager at CRS

Laura takes responsibility for all internal and external branding in all formats across every Compass brand, ensuring a consistent, high-quality message is conveyed at all points. This includes, not limiting to, proposals, candidate packs, client progress reports, submission documents; post-analytics summaries; proposals and other value-add pieces of content.

Digital Content Specialist at CRS

Having joined CRS in early 2021, Izzy specialises in creating and planning digital content for both consultants and all CRS brands. She also manages analytics, internal photography, and SEO. Izzy has previous experience in recruitment marketing, and events coordination within the charity, private and public sector.

Event Manager at CRS

Fiona joined CRS in 2023 having worked in an events and marketing role for the wealth management sector.

She is responsible for the organisation and delivery of all internal and external events run by, and attended by representatives of the CRS offering, across all geographical territories within the group.

Head of Accounting at CRS

Harry manages the customer accounts; processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, resolving account queries and managing debt recovery as well as managing the debts of creditors, ensuring timely payments are made in order to maintain the cashflow health of the business.

Office Manager at CRS

Erin is the first point of contact at CRS head office. She manages a variety of both administration and office management tasks for recruiters and members of the senior leadership team, as well as supporting the HR team.

Governance and Compliance Lead at CRS

Over the past decade Maria has covered a range of roles from administration to finance. Currently, Maria manages CRS compliance with external regulatory bodies, including the Recruitment and Employment Confederation conduct regulations, and GDPR Legislation.

Senior Design Executive at CRS

James joined Compass Recruitment Solutions in February 2022 as part of the marketing team, specialising in design – having completed a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design before working in a creative role for four years.
