She has previously worked in a private equity backed environment at Montezuma.

Debbie is a Founding Director of Carrot Recruitment, she is responsible for the sectors supporting pharma, biotech and device companies in clinical development to manufacturing, driving European growth and overseeing the financial aspects of Carrot.

Martin is a Founding Director of Carrot Recruitment, he drives the operational aspects of the business, US growth and focuses on supporting the teams within Carrot who operate in the commercial functions such as Business Intelligence, Market Access and Healthcare Communications.

With 10 years experience at CRS Luke operates through Compass Executives placing C-Level candidates into investor backed portfolio businesses. Coupled with this Luke is responsible for securing major accounts for the wider group brands. Luke previously headed up CCS for a period of 18 months.

Adam joined Compass Associates in 2017 and was tasked with growing the Manchester office and increasing our northern reach. Adam increased the head count threefold and has now also assumed the leadership of our CCS brand.

David joined the business in 2018 to lead the newly created Compass Life Sciences offering. With a background at some of the most recognised International Pharmaceutical businesses in a talent acquisition capacity, he is a hands-on leader of the brand responsible for our team of recruiters who provide human capital solutions to some of the worlds leading life sciences organisations.

David joined Compass Executives in 2016 having previously worked in Financial Services IT recruitment. In 2019, David was elevated into the role overseeing all CRS marketing activities and has been responsible for rebranding all of the historic brands as well as leading on the creation of Compass Life Sciences and CRS.
