Our mental health first aiders put together a range of activities every day throughout the week for anyone at Compass to take part in if they wish. These activities aimed to bring people together and give a taster of positive ways to combat mental health stresses. Each activity had a mental health focus in mind but was varied to be inclusive and ensure something was appealing to everyone.

CRS recently held our first End of Year Conference in three years which gave us the opportunity to bring all Compass brands, teams and offices together to celebrate and reflect on the past year’s success and to look at the company objectives for the forthcoming year.

Both our Portsmouth and Manchester Office recently held a Valentine’s themed charity day, raising money for two fantastic local charities – the former donating to A World Without Friends and the latter raising funds for local Mancunian charity Manchester Cares. Both offices combined have raised an amazing total of £453!
