Our teams came together to celebrate the end of Quarter 1 with a series of summer socials across the country.

The Portsmouth team gathered at The Club House in Southsea for an afternoon filled with sunshine, food, and plenty of friendly competition. The day kicked off with a hog roast and lawn games before moving onto a spirited game of rounders on Southsea Common, which proved to be as competitive as it was entertaining! As the sun set, the team enjoyed a lively evening of music from a DJ, a grazing table of delicious bites, and plenty of fun in the photo booth.

Our London colleagues celebrated a little later, attending Henley Regatta on Thursday 3rd July, while our Manchester team enjoyed a dinner and trip to a comedy club on Friday 11th July. Each event provided the chance for teams to relax, reconnect, and celebrate their achievements together.

“I had the wonderful opportunity to visit our Manchester office last week and connect with our incredible team as they celebrated the end of the quarter!

Getting out and about is so important for building relationships and a strong team culture. Engaging with each other in person allows us to get to know the team on a much deeper personal level, something that virtual/remote interactions can never replace.

We enjoyed a lovely meal and had a fantastic time at a comedy club before finishing off the night dancing away to live music. Let’s just say, I had very sore feet the following day!
