Recruitment Consultant – Primary Care

We're looking for a driven, relationship focused Recruitment Consultant to build and grow a desk across this sector, working with everyone from GPs and Practice Nurses to Urgent care clinicians, Occupational Health specialists and senior management.     Recruitment Consultant – Primary Care Manchester City Centre Full-Time, Office Based £26,000 – £36,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (up to 35%)     Why join us?

  What you'll be doing  

• Headhunting and engaging top talent across the Primary Care sector, nationwide.
• Building long term relationships with clients including GP practices, community pharmacies, dental and eyecare providers.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process - from candidate sourcing and interviewing through to offer and placement.
• Winning new business and growing your desk into a genuinely lucrative, long term patch.
• Running your desk like your own mini business, backed by an established, respected brand.

  What we're looking for  

• Recruitment experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and love of talking to people matters more. We'll teach you the sector.
• A proactive, resilient, and genuinely curious approach to building relationships.

• Great communication skills and the confidence to hold your own with clinicians, practice managers, and healthcare directors.
