CCO takes on their 6th TB100 race in support of Spread a Smile
The TB100 returned for another unforgettable year, bringing together cyclists, industry peers, and long-time supporters for a challenge that has become a staple in the sector’s events calendar. Riders took on either a 100 km or 100 mile route — a serious test of stamina and determination that continues to attract both seasoned cyclists and enthusiastic first-timers.
Since its launch in 2017, the TB100 has grown into a much-anticipated annual fixture. Participants come not only for the physical challenge but also for the networking, camaraderie, and the shared sense of achievement that comes from crossing the finish line together.
This year’s event saw routes unfold across the rolling hills and picturesque countryside of Kent, adding to a growing list of iconic locations:
-
2017: The Cotswolds
-
2018: The New Forest
-
2019: Surrey to Battle
-
2023: The Chilterns
-
2024: Surrey’s Box Hill and beyond
-
2025: Kent
For the third year running, we were proud to partner with Spread a Smile, a UK children’s charity dedicated to bringing joy and laughter to seriously ill and hospitalised children. Through entertainment, arts, and special visits, Spread a Smile transforms some of the toughest days into moments of happiness and relief.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of participants and supporters, this year’s TB100 has raised £14,865 so far, with donations still coming in. This amount alone enables entertainers to bring smiles to more than 700 seriously ill children in hospitals and hospices across the country — a remarkable impact.
The day was filled with energy, connection, and the spirit of challenge, as captured by some of our riders:
“My favourite event of the year… Cycling is the new golf and the Compass Carter Osborne team organised and executed this event to perfection! Good fun, great connections and challenging enough for a worthwhile cause.”
Hannah Haines, Head of Healthcare Consultancy, Christie & Co.
“This is an incredible experience—pushing your limits, riding through iconic routes, and connecting with others who share the same drive. Whether you’re tackling 100 km or 100 miles, the challenge is unforgettable.”
Hoong Wey Woon, Managing Director, DC Advisory
While registration for the 2025 event is now closed, those interested in joining next year’s challenge can register their interest for future updates.
Another year, another incredible effort — and once again, the TB100 community has shown what’s possible when passion meets purpose.
