Recruitment Consultant – Digital Health

  Healthcare is growing online from video consultations and e-pharmacy to remote dispensing, digital physio, and app based diagnostics. Digital Health covers the full range of private healthcare delivered digitally: online GP services, telehealth platforms, digital pharmacy and dispensing, virtual physiotherapy, wearable and remote-monitoring devices, and the health tech platforms underpinning them. We've already delivered on some significant projects in this space, and we're looking for someone to come in and take ownership of that growth.     Recruitment Consultant – Digital Health Portsmouth (Cosham) Full-Time, Office Based £27,000 -£37,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (up to 35%)     Why this role is different

  What you'll be doing  

• Owning and growing the Digital Health desk, recruiting mid to senior level roles across digital consultations, e-pharmacy and dispensing, virtual physiotherapy, and remote health platforms.
• Building relationships with health tech companies, digital first providers, and scale ups across the online healthcare space, understanding their products, funding stage, and hiring roadmap.
• Headhunting and engaging experienced, hard-to-reach candidates for roles such as Digital/Remote GP, Practice Nurse, Clinical Lead, Prescriber, Practice Manager and Business Development Manager.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for senior appointments from search and longlisting through to offer management and close.
• Winning new business within a market that's still expanding, and shaping how we position ourselves within it.

  What we're looking for  

• A background in tech or digital sector recruitment, you're comfortable discussing platforms, products and digital business models with candidates and clients, and you're keen to apply that to healthcare.
• A genuine interest in technology and digital devices, you follow where health tech and consumer tech are heading, and you're curious about how digital tools are changing healthcare delivery.
• Experience recruiting at mid to senior level, ideally with exposure to search, headhunting or 360 recruitment.
• A consultative, relationship led approach, comfortable acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates rather than just filling vacancies.
• Drive, resilience and commercial instinct, someone who wants to build and own a desk, not just work one, and become a genuine expert in the sector.
