The OpportunityCarrot's Commercial & Go-To-Market desk focuses on Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers and sales leadership positions across the US East Coast. With vacancies on the rise, the existing team is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to grow the existing Sales desk across the US market. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience in the US Life Sciences market, looking to push their career forward, backed by one of the market leaders in Healthcare and Life Sciences recruitment.As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Develop and grow relationships with US Life Sciences organisations, identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Build a strong industry network and market reputation
• Develop a specialist niche and grow your own revenue-generating desk
• Manage your recruitment processes from brief to placement

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Previous 360 recruitment experience
• A background in commercial recruitment within US Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma/Biotech or MedTech markets
• A consistent billing track record with strong business development skills
• A relationship-led approach to recruitment and a desire to become a recognised market specialist
