Compass Associates becomes Championing Social Care Partner

Compass Associates is proud to announce our new partnership with Championing Social Care—a volunteer-led initiative bringing together leaders from across the social care sector to celebrate and elevate the vital role social care plays in our society.

Through a series of inspiring events and initiatives, Championing Social Care aims to share positive stories and highlight the incredible work happening every day within the sector. Our Elderly Care team is excited to be getting involved in the following key activities:

Care Sector’s Got Talent (2nd April 2025)
A flagship event in the Championing Social Care calendar, Care Sector’s Got Talent shines a spotlight on the remarkable individuals working in the sector. The competition culminates in a spectacular grand finale at the Birmingham Rep Theatre on 2nd April 2025, coinciding with its fifth anniversary.

Care Home Open Week (16th–25th June 2025)
This national initiative helps connect communities with care homes, offering a valuable opportunity to showcase the services they provide and the vibrant lives being supported within them. Highlights include the Great British Care Cycle Relay, with Compass consultants visiting as many homes in their regions as possible throughout the week.

Care Sector Fundraising Ball (27th September 2025)
Having already raised over £1.5 million for care-related charities, this prestigious event continues to generate crucial support for organisations making a difference. We’re looking forward to being part of this powerful fundraising effort.

Care Sector Christmas Lunch (11th December 2025)
A festive celebration of the sector’s achievements and a key fundraising event, the Christmas Lunch is a much-loved tradition. Our Elderly Care Director, Tom Berrisford, is hoping to attend for the second year running.
