About the role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join one of our expert teams, to develop and grow your knowledge of the Private Healthcare Sector whilst delivering on major accounts.

What are your responsibilities?
- Manage the full end to end recruitment process
- Build and manage your own desk by developing new business opportunities
- Identify potential candidates to fulfil client’s requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
- Build and share clients and candidates portfolio.
- Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
- Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
- Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
What kind of person are we looking for?
- Recruitment background (essential).
- Someone who can demonstrate a track record of success and achievement within the recruitment industry
- Have the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
