We’re hiring for a senior / principal recruitment consultant to join our team here at Compass! – Are you an experienced, hardworking and results-driven Recruitment Consultant? This role could be for you!
We are looking for someone who will play a vital role in building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless end to end recruitment journey that focuses on quality of service and impactful solutions.
To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential.
You’ll be required to balance business development endeavours, account management and candidate relationships whilst having autonomy to work your market your way, and the backing of a team that’s collaborative, ambitious, and genuinely values high quality work.
