We’re expanding senior capability in Manchester to accelerate growth across UK, EU and North American markets. You’ll own and grow a defined niche (e.g., Clinical & Biometrics, Regulatory/Quality, Medical Affairs/PV, Market Access/HEOR, Manufacturing/CAPEX, MedComms/PR) with access to warm clients, strong brand equity and a mature delivery engine.

Key responsibilities• Win, retain and grow accounts; shape exclusive/retained delivery strategies• Lead end-to-end mandates (perm/contract); coach associates on research & delivery• Drive pipeline health, forecasting and best-practice process excellence• Partner with marketing on content/adverts, events and talent communities• Contribute to practice strategy, fee models and international scaling

What you’ll bring• 2–5+ years’ 360 recruitment (life sciences or adjacent technical verticals); proven fees/billings• Credibility with senior stakeholders; confident running retained/sole-agency projects• Niche focus and point-of-view on market trends; data-driven approach to BD• Enjoy mentoring juniors; team-first, quality-obsessed mindset
