12.30pm – 10pm Monday – Thursday, 12pm – 5pm Friday

The Role

As a Senior Consultant / Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our US division within the Senior Care sector. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced recruiters who are eager to apply their skills in a high-growth, fast paced and dynamic market whilst working remotely.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering tailored talent solutions that meet and exceed expectations. The role demands a self-sufficient professional who can independently generate business, nurture strong client relationships, and source top-tier candidates for all level of roles.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a start-up or new market environment and is comfortable navigating the challenges and opportunities that come with building and expanding a client base. You will collaborate closely with our established UK team and US colleagues to replicate our multi-award-winning recruitment model, ensuring high standards of service, compliance, and market insight.

Key to your success will be your ability to balance business development activities with delivery, maintaining a pipeline of both clients and candidates to sustain continuous growth. The role offers a unique chance to work within a sector that is not only lucrative but also meaningful, making a tangible difference in the Senior Care industry.

Specific Requirements

  • 3 years recruitment experience minimum (Proven billing history)
  • Self sufficient
  • Ideally have prior experience of remote working
  • Ability to BD and bring on own work
  • New market / start up experience ideal
