Executive Search Consultant / Head of Practice
Industry: Healthcare, Social Care, Education(Private Sector and NFP Sector headcounts available)
Locations: UK wide – offices in London, Portsmouth, Manchester, Brighton
Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 basic DOE + Benefits + Commission (OTE £100k plus)

About the role
2019 has eclipsed the record-breaking success from 2018. There has been a marked increase in C-suite mandates across all aspects of the health, social care and education space, both driven through organic word-of-mouth, referrals and repeat business, as well as the more traditional business development techniques incorporating pitches, in-house marketing and affiliate partnerships.
As such, in order to maintain the reputation and unassailable track record Compass Executives have within the market space, there is open headcount for tenacious and enthusiastic Executive Search Consultants – either with experience of Private Sector health and social care exposure, or coming from a Charity / NFP / Third Sector background – to join established and high-performing teams.
