Nicola Elliott

Nicola is the People Operations Director for Compass Recruitment Solutions across the North.

Having joined Consult 13 years ago, Nicola has supported the business through significant periods of organisational change, growth and transition. She remains a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Consult and following its acquisition by Compass Recruitment Solutions in September 2025 her remit has expanded to include responsibility for supporting and overseeing the Northern teams across the wider CRS Group.

Nicola is responsible for employee relations and HR, with a particular focus on ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality people practices that support business performance, employee engagement and a positive organisational culture. With people and values at the forefront of her approach, Nicola is committed to fostering an environment in which individuals and teams are supported to develop, perform and achieve their full potential.

With a diverse professional background spanning HR, Legal, Operations and Finance, Nicola brings a broad commercial perspective to her role. She holds a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies, is CIPD qualified and has completed a Mini MBA with the London School of Business & Finance alongside undertaking a range of leadership and professional development programmes throughout her career.
