Mitch O’Brien

Mitch is the Marketing Operations Manager at CRS, having accrued more than a decade of experience working within the recruitment industry, before joining the group in 2025. He is responsible for working closely with the brand leaders to understand client and candidate challenges, to position the CRS brands as recruitment and executive search go-to providers amongst our target audience through the successful delivery of tailored campaigns and initiatives.

Alongside ensuring exceptional high-quality content across print and digital is achieved, Mitch works closely with marketing team members to support a wide range of projects including the rolling-out of automation across the group, outstanding customer service is delivered and feedback acted upon, delivering a packed events programme, and enhancing internal communications through introducing creative sales performance management platforms.

Mitch holds a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Southampton Solent University.
