Working on Board and Executive Leadership appointments at CCO, Luke specialises in C-suite & NXD services into businesses undertaking high growth or transformation agendas, often in pre/post-acquisition conditions. 

Having started his Compass career within the Compass Associates brand, Luke has progressed to Senior Partner at CCO following more than a decade of outstanding delivery for investor backed healthcare clients.
