As a Founding Director of Carrot, the contingent life sciences brand within CRS, Debbie brings a wealth of first-hand industry experience from both the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Before co-establishing Carrot 18 years ago, she held key roles in Sales, Marketing, and Business Intelligence, working for leading organizations such as AstraZeneca, where she served as Global Market Research Manager in Oncology, and DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson), where she specialized in trauma products.  

Debbie plays a pivotal role in the business, overseeing project delivery and ensuring Carrot consistently provides exceptional recruitment solutions. Her deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and commitment to excellence have helped shape Carrot into the trusted partner it is today.
