What are the TALiNT Partners Awards?

It’s a well-deserved recognition of all the hard work contributed by everyone at CRS over the past twelve months, in terms of delivery, culture, and community across all our brands. These awards are considered the most prestigious in the recruitment industry, and they’re judged by the investment community, NEDs, and Chairs. They highlight the highest levels of excellence in employees, innovation, client and candidate service, business growth, and adherence to purpose and values among the top-performing recruitment businesses in the UK.

The Managing Director of TALiNT Partners, Alex Evans commented:

“With a combined turnover of over £31bn, and collectively employing 25,000+ talented individuals, the 70 shortlisted staffing firms represent the UK & Ireland’s most resilient recruiters at the forefront of the sector’s transformation.”

CRS Head of HR, Liza Gamblin comments:

“We are delighted to have been shortlisted as a finalist in the TALiNT Partners “Best recruitment company to work for (£5-20m revenue)” category. This is fantastic recognition for all the hard work everyone here at Compass has achieved in terms of delivery, culture and community across all our brands.

Our ultimate aim is for everyone to come to work and feel that they can be in an environment where everyone can reach their full potential and have some fun along the way. CRS is committed to driving engagement, high performance, inclusion and career development. We understand the importance of building a strong culture and the owners are very clear on their willingness to demonstrate that this is an equal business, focused on professional development and aspirations.

We have already been recognised by Investors in People by achieving Gold on our first assessment along with 100% uptake on our “North Star” initiative that was launched as part of our DEI strategy, to ensure all women in our business are fully supported through our mentoring programme and regular events.”
