CRS End of Year Conference 2025/26 – A Celebration of Success, Collaboration and Recognition
It was a pleasure to come together and celebrate a successful 2025/26 at the CRS End of Year Conference. The event marked an exciting milestone, welcoming the group’s latest acquisitions — Consult Search and Med Exec, led by Michelle Lally — into the fold.
The conference took place at Southend Barns in Chichester, bringing colleagues from across the group into one place. It provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on the year, share insights, and align on future priorities.
The day featured a series of engaging and thought-provoking sessions from leadership and brand teams across Consult, MedExec, Compass Associates, Compass Carter Osborne and CRS. It was also wonderful to welcome our Chair, Henry Elphick, and our majority shareholder, Brighton-headquartered Cow Corner Investing, represented by Will Cooke.
A key highlight of the day was the recognition of colleagues through our values awards — with over 250 nominations received across the categories. Winners represented teams from across the business, with both individual contributions and wider team achievements acknowledged on the day. We Are Dedicated proved to be our most popular value, reflecting the spirit that defines so much of what we do.
The day concluded with an opportunity to connect more informally, rounding off a well-organised and enjoyable event. Thank you to everyone involved in making the conference such a success.
