Stuart Cousins

Stuart has been with the business for over 12 years and is the Head of Compass Associates UK division & Compass Corporate Services brands, where he is responsible for both of the brands strategic direction and performance. Stuart oversees more than 60 consultants within the brand who deliver a premium service to partners and clients across the Health, Care & Education sectors. 

 Stuart particularly focuses on our partnerships with all clients ensuring they receive a high value service. With a network across the Health, Social Care & Education sectors he is well placed to consult, analyse and develop recruitment & retention strategies for our partners, in addition to ensuring delivery. 

The businesses are focussed exclusively on providing tailored, high-quality services for permanent and fixed-term vacancies, with teams divided geographically to ensure granular knowledge to both clients and candidates. Compass Associates provide premium recruitment solutions for the independent, privately owned and not-for-profit Health, Social Care and Specialist Education sectors.
