Lexxy Sturgess

Lexxy is Head of Digital Content at Compass Recruitment Solutions, where she is responsible for overseeing the creation, strategy, and distribution of digital content to support the goals of the brands within CRS, managing a small team covering email, social, CMS, digital search, and short/long-form content.  

Most recently she has worked closely with the wider marketing team on an exciting project bringing new websites to each of the CRS brands, amplifying their online presence and enhanced user experience for clients and candidates. 

She has spent almost 15 years working within digital marketing across lots of different sectors, originally starting her career at Carrot on their Grad Scheme, before gaining exposure to a number of different industries, then making a return to the group. Lexxy has a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design & Communications.
