Senior Recruitment Consultant – Global Healthcare Communications

Remote or Hybrid with offices in Manchester, London and Portsmouth

As we continue to grow we are looking for a like-minded recruitment consultant to join our well established Healthcare Communications team.

Our Healthcare Comms team is one of our most successful teams (an impressive 85% fill rate) supporting clients across Medical Communications, Medical Education, Healthcare Advertising and PR. Each consultant has their own specialist sector recruiting within the UK, EMEA and US and develops a deep understanding of their market.

The role

Working within the Healthcare Communications team you will be managing the full recruitment process in your dedicated sector while offering a first-class service to candidates and clients.

This is an established division for us and we have a great reputation in the market – however there will still be a need to develop new client partnerships, network with existing clients and increase our presence in the EU and US.

You’ll also be growing and nurturing the talent pool in your sector and constantly expanding your candidate network via our own database and social media / networking channels.

We pride ourselves on offering a consultative approach so you’ll be continually learning about your market to increase your credibility and provide a knowledgeable service to clients and candidates
