Due to continued growth within our Compass Corporate Services division we are looking for an experienced consultant to join our Manchester office recruiting Finance positions for our existing customer base.

About the role
You will be our dedicated Finance Recruitment Consultant – recruiting Finance roles on behalf of our existing Healthcare & Education customers. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process while offering a first-class service to candidates and clients.
You'll have existing accounts to deliver on, plus the opportunity to develop the sector further by carrying out account development activities to ensure a steady stream of business is coming in.
Innovative candidate attraction strategies, growing your network and demonstrating a commitment to candidate care is also an integral part of our Recruitment Consultant role.
What kind of person are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with previous recruitment experience with a demonstratable track record of success. Ideally you'll have previous experience of recruiting Finance roles, or knowledge of the Health or Social Care sector but that isn't essential!
You'll also have the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with candidates and clients, a professional approach, and be keen to continue to develop your knowledge of the sector while you progress with us.
