Victoria Bettison

Victoria is an experienced HR professional with 18 years’ management experience across HR, Employee Relations, Operational Leadership and People Development.

Since joining Compass Recruitment Solutions earlier this year, Victoria has focused on streamlining and strengthening HR processes, introducing more robust ways of working and creating greater efficiencies across the Function.

In her day-to-day role, Victoria oversees HR Operations, providing support and guidance to managers and colleagues across a range of employment matters. Working closely with Liza, she supports the delivery of the Group’s HR objectives, ensuring people processes, policies and initiatives are effectively implemented and aligned with the wider business strategy.

Victoria is CIPD Level 5 qualified and achieved a Distinction in her Level 5 HR Consultant/Partner Apprenticeship back in 2020. She also holds qualifications in Leisure Management, Sports & Recreation and advanced Health & Safety and Risk Assessment qualifications.
