Sam Leighton-Smith

Sam is the Group Managing Director at Compass Recruitment Solutions. A Co-Founder of the original business in 2010, he led the creation of what subsequently became Compass Carter Osborne, the executive search brand in the group, and is a familiar name in the investor backed healthcare industry having advised on some of the most high profile appointments in the last decade.  

Sam has previously led on M&A activities welcoming several brands into the group, and is responsible for delivering Compass’ long-term strategy of organic, inorganic, and territory growth in conjunction to ensuring outstanding delivery for all Compass’ clients.   

Sam holds a Law and Politics degree from the University of Kent as well as additional qualifications in the practice of recruitment.
